Leading up to UG Summit, the Artsyl team had an opportunity to interview some recent customers that took advantage of integration between Artsyl’s docAlpha transformation platform, Microsoft Dynamics and KwikTag, a leading Microsoft Dynamics integrated ECM system.

Once OSIS implemented docAlpha, integrated with its Dynamics GP ERP and KwikTag ECM system, the company was able to eliminate manual document handling and data entry. By eliminating this major process bottleneck, the company was able to get the most out of their ERP and ECM systems to create a truly automated, end-to-end process.
Once docAlpha has sorted through inbound scanned and electronic documents, it extracts relevant vendor and invoice data and passes everything along to KwikTag, automatically. KwikTag automates the routing of invoices for review by the appropriate approvers, providing them with easy access to documents and to G/L coding information.
By eliminating process bottlenecks up front in the process, docAlpha allows data and documents to flow seamlessly from receipt to coding and approval, to payment.
