This month, Artsyl Technologies announced the End of Life for two products while pointing the way forward for all customers to take advantage of the innovative new features and performance of docAlpha.
Effective March 31, 2018, SimpleCapture and docAlpha 3.0, 4.0 and 4.5 will no longer be supported by Artsyl Technologies.
Artsyl customers supported by a current maintenance/support agreement are eligible to receive an upgrade to docAlpha, with upgrade assistance at no charge, provided that the upgrade occurs prior to March 30, 2018.
Upgrade assistance does NOT include professional services to address configuration changes, but DOES provide guidance on the installation/implementation of the latest version of docAlpha].
