Incoming documents are automatically imported through e-mail, fax, file-shares, portals, scanners and MFPs

The documents are then automatically classified by type such as PO-based invoice, non-PO based invoice, statement, credit memo, customer order, return authorization etc. - and are automatically routed to the appropriate processing workflow

All useful data is then auto-extracted using OCR, machine learning and AI technologies

Artsyl intelligent capture system then proceeds to the automatic validation of captured documents. It will check for you –

• Who is this document from?
• Is this an existing customer or should we launch on-boarding process?
• What business rules are to be followed?
• Does the extracted data match our data and our expectations?
• Does it comply with terms?
• Does it match POs, price lists, quotes and other existing documents?
• What other data needs to be provided to this record?
• Are rows and columns in line-item part correct, mathematically?
• And all other auto-checks you needed to do manually before…

Any exceptions during validation can be auto-routed to a verification user for resolution before sending it to Acumatica.

A document can also be sent to the right Approver if it triggers one of the approval process criteria.
