The SimpleCapture platform is the click-entry solution. Developed by some of the most experienced minds in the document imaging and capture arena, SimpleCapture is a middle ground solution that eliminates the pains of hand-key entry and avoids the problems of fully automated capture. SimpleCapture offers immediately measurable and guaranteed ROI and, because of its full visibility interface, it eliminates false positives once and for all.

Click-entry is the process of using a mouse cursor to left-click text on a scanned image vs. using a keyboard to type the data. The SimpleCapture Platform takes this capture strategy and wraps it in a useful interface that accepts images from many sources has all the click-entry processes and settings, and has a multitude of export destinations of results.

The purpose is to create a platform that quickly attunes to different business needs. Initially the platform will be converted to a general business capture tool, and invoice only capture tool. The platform was the result of market analysis and technical expertise inside Artsyl. The Artsyl team identified the middle ground that was previously overlooked in the capture market.

Our continuing development on this platform will ensure that we are incorporating the latest business needs and improving processes and accuracy every release.
