Online Video Training

Artsyl’s docAlpha online video training was developed to help partners and customers get the most out of their investment in intelligent data capture and process automation by providing a fundamental knowledge of the platform, plus hands-on tips that can help transform novices into power users.

To obtain full docAlpha Product Certification, partners and end users must review all lectures, complete practice sessions and pass all quizzes with a score of 75% or better.

Classroom Training

Artsyl’s intensive 5-day certification training offers in-depth high-level technical knowledge to trainees and an opportunity to meet face to face with product experts.

Professional services and support teams gain hands-on experience and a foundation of knowledge and understanding to succeed in their daily tasks and challenges.

Training Materials provided by Artsyl include detailed practice assignments, application software, licenses, product guides and files required for class.

Course Overview: docAlpha training covers all the technical details required to master the software. Coursework focuses on the power user experience, then covers administrator and solution architect content and coursework. Trainees learn how to use docAlpha efficiently as an end user and how to set up administer jobs and workflows from the Administration Station. Trainees also learn how to set up and use Batch Capture, Distributed Capture and Semi-Structured Documents Recognition Workflows, as well as master the Design Station to set up fully automatic data extraction from fixed forms and semi-structured documents.

Classroom Certification Training Requirements

Notebook PC for each student with:

  • Pentium 4 Processor, 2GHz or better, 2-Core minimum, 4-Core recommended
  • USB Port
  • 8GB + RAM, TCP/IP Protocol installed, Keyboard and Mouse
  • 1280 X 1024 or higher screen resolution
  • Supported Windows Operating System (Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012), Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or higher or the current version of Google Chrome browser
  • Full Local Administrator permissions to the machine
  • Internet access and ability to open the necessary ports on the firewall
  • Fully installed and tested Artsyl product system, with an activated license, verified by an Artsyl engineer prior to coming to the class

Artsyl provides on-site training for companies that want to train five or more employees at the same time. On-site training also provides clients the opportunity to learn the product in the client’s document capture environment and pay attention to the topics that are more important for the client’s needs. The on-site training also brings convenience to the client as they can book a schedule as per their convenient time since the Artsyl instructor travels to the client’s location.

    • or higher or the current version of Google Chrome browser
  • Full Local Administrator permissions to the machine

  • 1 LCD projector with minimum 1024 X 768 resolution
