ONTARIO, CANADA (January 15, 2017) — Artsyl Technologies, Inc.™, a leading global provider of smart process technology for data capture and document workflow processing, today announced that it achieved record sales and revenue growth for 2016, while continuing to develop new integrations and enhancements to the company’s flagship docAlpha digital transformation platform.
Leading partners generated over $1M in revenue from their partnership with Artsyl in 2017, while helping clients to achieve greater value from their core business systems. The company continued to deepen its relationships with partners including Acumatica, SAP, ReQlogic, Harris ERP and Epicor.
In 2017, Artsyl released three new service packs to the docAlpha 5.0 platform and added Chinese language support. New enhancements expanded the platform’s ability to manage enterprise operations, including optimized capture performance, more flexible and adaptable workflow functionality and expanded batch processing capabilities.
The introduction of docAlpha 5.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4) delivered a new vendor portal and enhancements to further optimize email batch processes for content and attachments, rules-based and on-demand workflow assignments and enhancements to ERP connectors for Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics GP.

One customer, Tower Products, Inc., relies on docAlpha to automate handling 2,000 monthly invoices for 800 vendors, with seamless integration to their ERP and document management systems.
“As supervisor of the department, I've seen an improvement in accountability,” Tower Products Controller Vincent Baldwin said. “I have much more visibility and transparency into the work flow status so I'm able to see invoices flow through and see how we're behind and how we're processing invoices so that's been good from my standpoint.”
