Software Sales Manager

Software Sales Manager

Position Summary

As a Sales Representative in Artsyl Technologies, you will be responsible for selling Artsyl Software products and Professional Services to the new prospects via Artsyl certified partners in an assigned territory. A successful candidate must develop a strong understanding of the Artsyl capture products value proposition and expand the partner network in the assigned territory with the ECM and ERP partners.

Carries an overlay quota.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Experience in sales or account management minimum 2 years
  • Strong competencies in Microsoft Office products
  • Fluent English
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Confident delivery of presentations on-site and remotely via GoToMeeting

Advantage:

  • Knowledge of ERP products such as ArchWeb, Microsoft Navision, Dynamics GP and other
  • Experience working with IT professionals
  • Understanding of SQL Server and related tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing Artsyl signed partners in an assigned territory
  • Generate new major accounts and close sales opportunities utilizing superior presentation, management and negotiation skills
  • Develop new client relationships and leverage existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities, earn repeatable business and references;
  • Perform regular client follow-up by telephone and email to assess clients’ satisfaction with their solution and recommend areas for enhancement, upgrade, and training.
  • Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, cold call, premise visits and networking
  • Develop proposals and quotes, respond to RFP's and conduct sales presentations for prospective customer
  • Effectively convey Artsyl document capture products value proposition and develop the relationship with qualified leads provided by inside sales to close business
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet quarterly quota requirements
  • Maintain revenue and build new revenue within established account base
  • Identify and cultivate joint partner opportunities for Value Added Resellers through product evangelism on Artsyl products and provide partners with sales training
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The position is offered as a full-time on-premises contractor working from the company office in Vaughan, ON

Job Description:

As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional software/technical support for Artsyl products via phone, internet, by email and on-site meetings.

You will be required to assist clients with web technical troubleshooting and providing web technical support and training for Artsyl products. Some additional web training will be provided, but basic web proficiency and experience is required. Another part of your job will be on-site trainings for the clients on Artsyl products.

You are passionate about providing superior customer service and enjoy engaging in client-focused conversations, while being challenged with meeting and exceeding your personal sales goals. You possess excellent listening and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a sincere approach to helping others. You are a self starter who will take the initiative to obtain solutions and are able to stay focused, pay attention to detail and follow established operating procedures. You are comfortable working independently and within a team environment. You have the ability to multitask and embrace change.

Successful candidates will meet the following personal skill requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Technical/software background
  • 2+ years experience in customer/software/technical support service
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast paced environment

Successful candidates will have the following technical expertise:

  • Extended experience in database installation, configuration and administration (SQL Server 2005-2012)
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (client side) – XP, Vista, 7 and 8
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows OS (server side) – 2003 and 2008
  • Fluent knowledge of networking and security (LAN, WAN, cloud setups)
  • Troubleshooting skills with database and network-related technical issues
  • Client-server enterprise software installation, configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • Extended experience with virtual environments
  • Experience with FTP/SFTP administration
  • Experience with configuration and administration of MS IIS
  • Basic knowledge of MS SharePoint 2003-2010

Database Analyst

Database Analyst

As a Database Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data integration and database management for Artsyl products. You will be required to assist internal staff and clients with data integration, transformation and data exchange for ERP applications, electronic records and document management systems using interfaces scripting, SQL and stored procedures, implementation and integration of data models and test data sets for business process automation workflows. You will be responsible for assuring application information security, high availability and performance of data stores.

Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 2+ years experience in database analyst role
  • Ability to analyze complex data integration challenges, provide solution recommendations and resolve such challenges in a timely and cost efficient way
  • Extensive experience in management of Oracle and SQL Server DBMS with ability to operate database management systems to streamline business process automation and perform data mining analytics, while assuring application security, availability and performance
  • Working knowledge of data integration and API scripting for major ERP applications, document management and electronic records processing systems
