Document and Data Capture to FileBound DMS with Artsyl Document Capture Products Allow tight API and database-level integration for storing processed documents and indexes into FileBound or FileBound Express DMS.

The Artsyl FileBound Connector allows Artsyl users to take advantage of this innovative solution, generating and sending to FileBound documents and recognized data as well as metadata and associated documents.

The FileBound Connector allows delivering an out of the box solution to organizations who want to deploy imaging and workflow to automate business processes and provides an easy way to port the images and captured data into their corporate standard repositories built using FileBound.

Using FileBound Connector, SimpleCapture/docAlpha will create theproject automatically in FileBound.However if SimpleCapture/docAlpha is meant to store data to an existing project it invokes an existing workflow in the FileBound projectwhen a document is exported. When a document is being sent to FileBound, a predefined workflow is assigned to it if one exists in the project (if not, then an undefined Workflow is assigned).
