Auto-Find Module

Allow whole-page shift with Auto-Find technology,which significantly speeds up the processing of similar documents (similar documents are documents with very consistent location of data fields, such as forms, or invoices provided by the same vendor).

The Auto-Find Module is useful when organizations work with classes of documents (for example, invoices) that come from a wide variety of companies,whichsend permanentlydifferent but similar looking documents.

The Auto-Find Module automatically locates data fields. It learns to identify documents and field locations by remembering the operator’s mouse movements and clicks during manual, Click-to-Capture™ mode. The Auto-Find Module classifies a document the first time it sees it and accuracy increases with each exposure. Auto-Find can also classify variations of a document type as long as the data fields remain in the same locations and can validate an entire document with a single keystroke.

The Auto-Find Module is a completely self-trained technology. Just turn it on in the options, and watch the system learn documents from the first click-entry and reducing the time spent to click-enter documents very significantly starting from the second time you see similar document captured. As more documents of the same type are captured, the system auto-adjusts and fine-tunes the Auto-Find Module data based on operator’s selections during the data entry.
