Meet the Team:
Artur Vassylyev, Founder and Director of Engineering
Artur Vassylyev, the founder and Director of Engineering of Artsyl, participates directly in current projects and R&D. He is known worldwide for his research in forms processing technology, including structured and unstructured forms. In a previous job, he was one of the core developers of one of the first engines on the market for semi-structured forms processing. He has consulted many companies throughout the world to help implement their forms processing solutions. Artur regularly presents at symposiums, BFMA, ARMA, TAWPI, AIIM, and various other conventions as an expert in recognition technologies.
Jeffrey F. Moore, Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing
Jeff Moore oversees the sales and marketing activities in the company. He has over twenty-five years of experience in business, information technology and sales management. Jeff's deep commitment, endless energy and detailed knowledge of the industry and technology are aimed at building stong and efficient sales channel and partner network.
Management and Operations Team
Our technologically savvy management team understands what it takes to build and maintain a successful and profitable technology products and services company. The team is comprised of leaders in the industry and detail-oriented managers. While Artsyl is a relatively flat organization, all the management and operations teams are strategically placed for current-day business and substantial future growth.
Development Team
The majority of Artsyl’s development is performed by a strong team of developers in Ukraine, with some development done in Canada and the U.S. The development team is designed specifically to leverage expertise in specific areas. A strictly isolated QA team ensures product quality, and peer review guarantees fresh ideas and great new functionality. Our team is comprised of scientists and area-specific experts.

Everyone in Artsyl’s sales and marketing team comes from a technology background, and many are former developers. The sales team is focused on building relationships with strategic partners as well as building a channel for products and services. Marketing's task is to empower resellers and partners to get solutions to their end-users, as well as to educate the market as to the possibilities of recognition technologies.
